** To mass-print the Certificate of Achievement (the following instructions are for MS Office 2007):
1. Save all the attached files to your computer
2. Update the file "Danh Sach" with names -- you can rename the file it whatever you want. But keep the column names as is -- for both Phat Phap & Viet Ngu tabs
3. Open the "Chung Chi" file (ex: Phat Phap)
4. Go to Mailings menu
5. Click on Select Recipient drop-down menu
6. Choose Use Existing List
7. Browse to where the "Danh Sach" file is saved
8. Choose the file and click Open
9. Choose the field name from the box (ex: 'PhatPhap$' field) -- do not choose the FilterDatabase field
10. Choose the Finish & Merge drop-down menu
11. Choose Edit Individual Documents -- to review all the chứng chỉ and make sure everything is correct.
12. Choose All Records, click OK
13. Save the result file -- make necessary changes to this file
14. Print the certificates
15.You may need to update the font size/type of the Chung Chi files depending on the width of the certificate borders.
